Luke McCabe combines 21 years of farm management experience with a background in professional sport. After a career in AFL, Luke returned to manage livestock and logistics for the family’s Lower North property in South Australia. He applies a strategic mindset and strong leadership to ensure efficient operations and optimal resource use across McCabe AgCo. In addition to his agricultural work, Luke serves as Director of Football at Hawthorn Football Club, maintaining a focus on performance, teamwork, and continual improvement, values that align with his farming philosophy.
