Kate McCabe
Finance Director
Kate McCabe brings over 25 years of experience in finance, economics, and accounting across the wine, agriculture, and food industries. Her career includes senior roles such as Corporate Treasurer at Yalumba Winery and Accounting Project & Systems Manager at Alltech, where she helped lead the “Planet of Plenty” sustainability initiative. As Finance Director at McCabe AgCo, Kate oversees the financial management of family properties in South Australia and New South Wales, with a strong focus on sustainability and natural capital. She also consults for government and industry on sustainable agriculture. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce, CPA and GAICD qualifications, and a Master of Global Food and Agricultural Business.
